How I Work

Introduction

Every hospitality photography project deserves a structured and professional approach. My workflow has been developed to ensure transparency, organisation, and results that meet your expectations – whether for a hotel, restaurant, spa, or any other hospitality establishment.

Studies show that 65% of travellers consider photos as the decisive factor in their choice of accommodation. Professional quality images can significantly increase your conversion rates on booking platforms. That's why every step of my process is designed to capture the essence and unique atmosphere of your establishment.

1

Initial Contact & Proposal

Everything begins with an in-depth exchange. I gather the essential information to understand your project: your establishment's positioning, your target clientele, the spaces and services to highlight, as well as your operational constraints.

Based on this, I prepare a complete commercial proposal including:

This proposal gives you a clear and transparent overview of the investment before any commitment.

2

Preparation & Concept Development

After acceptance of the proposal, we enter the creative and organisational phase.

Together we define the atmospheres to capture: natural morning light for the rooms, warm evening ambiance for the restaurant, lifestyle moments at the spa. I also provide you with a detailed preparation guide on how to prepare each space for the shooting.

I visit the site to scout the premises, assess the natural light at different times of day, and identify the best shooting angles. This visit allows us to optimise the shooting schedule according to the ideal lighting for each space.

The project manager receives a detailed shooting list in good time. This list includes a precise schedule with time slots, coordinated with your establishment's operations to minimise impact on your guests and team.

Please note: In my "Did you know?" section, you'll find resources on the impact of professional photography on booking rates and customer perception.
3

The Shooting Day

On the day of the shoot, we proceed in a highly organised manner, respecting the operational rhythm of your establishment.

If staff members or guests appear in the photos, each person signs an authorisation for the use of images – a legal document compliant with current regulations.

Each shot can be viewed on-site, directly on a computer. The manager also receives a link to a live gallery where photos are displayed in real time. This feature allows you to validate framing and atmospheres as we go, ensuring that we capture exactly the image you want to project.

4

Post-Production & Delivery

Once the shooting is complete, we proceed together to make the final selection of images to be retouched.

I then carry out the post-production: colour correction, retouching, specific optimisation for each platform (Booking, Expedia, TripAdvisor, your website, social media).

The delivery includes a structured comprehensive folder:

You thus have all the necessary elements to update your visuals across all your communication channels.
